Standard Shipping

Delivery Time:

  • United States & Europe: Orders usually arrive within 2-5 working days from our US or EU warehouses.
  • Outside US & Europe: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight of the order, and destination. Orders typically arrive within 7-15 working days, though delivery times may vary.

Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday may be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time:

Outside US & Europe: Orders typically arrive 5-10 days faster than standard shipping.

Processing Time:

Similar to standard shipping, orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
