Insert the EIOTCLUB eSIM Card into the designated slot of your device. Android users are advised to insert the eSIM card into slot 1.
Enable Data Roaming
Open Settings and ensure that Data Roaming is turned on. APN should connect automatically, but if not, you need to manually add the APN as bicsapn.
Download the Eiotclub App
Next, open our ElOTCLUB app to manage your eSIM. After inserting eSIM card into your phone, the system will prompt that a new eSIM is detected.
Choose and download eSIM Profiles
You can either download an existing virtual eSIM for binding with this eSIM or purchase a new one in the eshop. After the purchase, click "Download". Shortly after, the eSIM will be added.
*For iPhone users, if you aim to obtain new eSIM profiles, you need to use our app on an Android device or a card reader to download and manage the eSIM.

How do I use this eSIM with my iPhone?
For iPhones with SIM card slots, simply insert the eSIM card into the slot to use it right away, as it comes preloaded with an eSIM profile. If you need to download a new eSIM profile, use the eSIM card reader to assist in the process.
Insert the eSIM card into the reader, connect the reader to your computer, and use the EIOTCLUB eSIM Card Reader App to download and activate the desired profile. Once done, insert the eSIM card back into your iPhone to start using the new eSIM.
Does the eSIM I downloaded include a phone number?
It depends on the type of eSIM profile you purchased from the provider. Some are data-only, while others include a phone number. If you need a phone number, make sure to select a plan that includes one.
Can I use an eSIM and a physical SIM card at the same time?
Yes. Many devices offer dual SIM capabilities, enabling you to use both an eSIM and a physical SIM card at once. This allows you to keep your primary number active for calls and SMS while using a travel eSIM for data.
Can I remove or delete an eSIM from my device?
Yes, with EIOTCLUB app, you can easily manage your eSIM account, including activating, deactivating, and deleting eSIM numbers directly from your device.
Does an eSIM replace my current cell phone plan?
